Q: What is included with a private chef dinner?

A: Chef Joe provides food and cooks dinner for you and your guests. A server is provided for parties of 7 or more. Plate ware, silverware, and linen is provided, as well as clean up.

Q: How does pricing work?

A: Pricing is per person and based on the number of courses served as shown below. An additional 7% sales tax and 18% gratuity will also be added. There is a $500 minimum to book a private chef event

3 Courses $85/person

4 Courses $100/person

5 Courses $125/person

Q: Is a deposit required?

A: Yes. A deposit of 50% is required upon booking your event.

A full refund is available if you cancel within 14 days. 50% refund is available if cancelled between 13 days and 72 hours. No refund if cancelled within 72 hours.

Q: How long does a private chef event last for?

A: Between 2 and 3 hours. For dinners of 6-15 people, Chef Joe will arrive an hour before the first course is served. Dinner will last between 1 to 1.5 hours depending on how many courses are ordered. Clean up will take no longer than an hour. In the event that your party is not ready to begin the meal at the arranged time, a fee of $150/hr will be added for any time spent on site after 3 hours

Q: How do select menu options?

A: For a 5 course menu, select one option from each category (Appetizers, Soups, Salads, Entrees, and Desserts)

3 and 4 course meals can be built from any of the categories, but only 1 entree option can be chosen.

Q: Can the menu be adjusted for dietary restrictions and allergies?

A: Yes. Just let us know what your restrictions and/or allergies are, and we can work around it

Q: Do you provide alcohol?

A: No, we are not licensed to provide alcohol. We can serve any alcohol that you provide. We can also make suggestions for wine if you are interested in pairing wine with your dinner.
